Return Policy

To ensure that our products meet the needs of every customer, kindly read the following details of our return policy. For some reasons you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are willing to return or replace it for you, or provide a refund if it is not working as described.

The following items are not returnable:

★Any items that have been worn, used or unboxed.

★Any items with non-returnable mark on product page.

★Items in Flash Deal/Sale collection

If you attempt to return a non-returnable item, the item will be shipped back to you and you will have to pay the shipping fee.

Return process

Please contact our customer support during our working hours by email, phone or live chat window which is floating on our store. The customer service team member (working hours from 8:00 am to 8:00 PM EST ) would like to provide you with instruments according to your specific requirements.

Please inform us of your refund or return or replacement request within 30 days of receipt.

If you want to exchange or return the product, please take a photo of the product and send it to us. We have to confirm the condition of the goods as first step. 

All Items (including all parts and accessories) must be returned to us.

If you want to replace it, you have to take the cost of re-delivery.

We are committed to make our customers a fancy shopping tour, and you are encouraged to contact us if the product you purchased does not meet your requirements.

Precautions:

1. The customer shall return the product to the designated address. We will provide you with return information via email. Upon receipt of the return, we will arrange a full refund for you within 5 working days.

2. The customer should write the order number on the outside of the package.

Requirements:

1. Items received within 30 days from the date of delivery.

2. The items should be sealed, unused, undamaged and in original packaging.

3. The consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee of return, for all kinds of reasons except the product is NOT working as described. The fee would be based on the shipping carriers and we will NOT charge it.
