Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website, but there may be a stock discrepancy from time to time, and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the ordered item or prefer to process a refund. If you wish to refund an item out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items.

    2 - Shipping Cost

    Rosetyoin provide free shipping for any single order includes over or equals to 2 pcs of items, regardless of weight. Otherwise, the standard shipping fee will be refers to the below listing.

    4 - Other Important Notices

    4.1 - Processing time
    Kindly allow up to 48 hours(business hours) to process the product dispatching. Our warehourse operated from Monday - Friday, except on US national holidays, at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
    4.2 - Returning 
    For any cases that customer request to return a product without any defect, the customer will pay the returning shipping fee & tax. 
    For any cases that customer request to return a product with any defect, we will pay the returning shipping fee & tax. 

      4.3 - Change Of Delivery Address
      For a change of delivery address requests, we can change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched. Please contact service@rosetoyin.com if you wish to change your delivery address.
      4.4 - Military Address Shipping
      We cannot ship to military addresses. We are unable to offer this service using courier services.
      4.5 - Delivery Time Exceeded
      If the delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us to conduct an investigation.
      4.6 - Tracking Notifications
      Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking number from us, which can be used on 17track.com. They will check their shipment's progress on 17track based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
      4.7 - Duties & Taxes
      Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website.Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in the destination country. This varies by country, and undefined encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us. Suppose you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country. In that case, the goods will be returned to undefined at the customer's expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.
      4.8 - Cancellations
      If you change your mind before you have received your order, we can accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. Please keep in mindthat if the order has already been dispatched, we are not be able to provide the refund services.
      4.9 - Process for parcel damaged or lost in-transit

      If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the package from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.
      If the parcel lost in the transit, we will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.
